If You Want to Enjoy Wine Magic, You Need The Following Three Items:
1. True Fine Wines. The truly fine wines are not something you can’t go out and grab on a whim. One reason for this is that they are fairly pricey ($125 and up a bottle). Cost aside most retail outlets probably don’t stock a lot of the truly fine wines represented in this post. While you might think the price is not an obstacle, by enrolling in the Wine of The Month club the cost of the wine becomes more manageable.
2. Finding the correct Pairings: What choices you make in deciding what to par with your wine with doesn’t have to be difficult. Although there are some unofficial guidelines to what can be paired with what, it really simply boils down to your personal preferences.
3.Sharing The Wine Experience: A good way to experience the Magic of Wine is to drink it with people that have an appreciation of the product. By this we mean understanding what it required to get the product from the field to your table. Or in the event you don’t have that convenience, at the very least someone that you can open there eyes to the Wine Magic way of life.
This creates a moment in time “Where Things Will Just Be Different”. When combining True Fine Wines with an equally appropriate food item you will feel the Wine Magic Concept. Creating this Zen feeling, and knowing you have reached that moment in time.
